Gurney’s Favourite (jig)

Here’s a jig I heard on a recording of Michael Gorman.  It’s called Guiry’s favourite in O’Neill’s.

I was a bit distracted by an infant with a new set of noisy birthday presents but hopefully the tune recovers sufficiently frequently to make it possible to pick up.

• "Hello"

  Hello, I hope you find this site of some use. I will continue to play tunes and post them here as a source for people to learn from. If anyone wants a specific tune played then I'll try to record it if I know it. I used to find it difficult to get recordings of some tunes played at a resonable speed and in a normal key.
